For this year's resort collection, Jason Wu looked to western living for inspiration. Western living means the West Coast - California & (a little) Puerto Rico to be exact. Wu elevated fleece by creating double-faced cashmere fleece hoodies. His collection contained varsity sweaters, T-shirts cut from guipure lace, and floral sundresses with wet suit-like piping and colorblocking. Additionally, Wu introduced swimwear to his resort arsenal for the first time. My favorites are the trench coat, the numerous pleated skirts, tuxedo jacket, and the overall laidback ease of the looks.
