Workout Gear

For those of you who have been reading my other posts, you may remember that I am trying to get in shape for spring break (I guess it's probably a good idea to be in shape for the rest of the year, too...). But as my friends know, I'm the type of person that will talk about going to the gym all day and then will find something else to occupy my time at the last minute. Usually it has to do with shopping or sleeping. There's just something about getting dressed and actually GOING to the gym that really turns me off. So, in order to continue this new tradition of being fit, I decided that new workout gear will bring my motivation to a higher level. 7am spin class? See you there hot stuff!

I live in my sports bras from Target. Seriously. They are so comfortable and are always made in the most fun colors. Who wouldn't want to exercise when they're wearing a purple sports bra?

For those of you with larger girls that need more support, this sports bra has built-in cups and is sold by cup size. It has a front zip closure to provide support for high-impact activities & the criss-cross straps add extra support.

I love the design on this tank. Added bonus: it has moisture-wicking abilities.

The classic Nike running short, otherwise known as "Norts", are a must-have in any girls wardrobe.

Lululemon is known for their amazing workout gear. I love the color blocking at the waistband of these yoga pants.

And for those of you who are really brave: the spandex short. I live in mine when I'm exercising in my house or when I'm lounging around. I'm not brave enough to wear mine in the public eye, but if you've got the legs, I say show them off! I'm kind of loving the wacky print on these.

Finally, don't forget the essentials: headband, water bottle, yoga mat, &
the quintessential bag (this one converts from large to small depending on your needs)

See you on the ellipticals!
