La famosa actriz cantante, bailarina y modelo suiza de 21 años Katerina Graham (mas conocida como Kat Graham) ha lanzado su último single titulado "Sassy", realmente es una muy buena canción que los críticos han catalogado de BRILLANTE. Pocas veces se da el caso de estrellas pertenecientes a "discográficas menores" pero que hayan logrado sacar buenos temas. VINTAGE HALLOWEEN
Came across LA Vintage's blog for some great vintage Halloween ideas.
How cute are the costumes? Halloween is such a great holiday for being creative & dressing up. And you don't even have to spend a ton of money to come up with a creative costume - just borrow some items from your friends, shop vintage or even sew your own! Ever since I spent $60 USD on a very lame pirate outfit that I only ever wore once, I've tried to sew my own costumes.
Anyway, think I'll take a break this year & hopefully be spending my Halloween watching some B-grade grindhouse horror flick if I can find any!?

HOW TO WEAR: BOOTIES - LACE-UP & WEDGE
Been searching all over some kick-ass booties (black of course!) to buy, and I found sooo many! I realised that not everyone goes for this sort of thing because some of the designs can be so outrageous! But I managed to narrow it down to peep-toe lace-up ones & wedge booties that are not overly trendy. Although, I've seen a gazillion knock-offs of last season's Alexander Wang Frejha booties & I've included one of them. So, to wedge or not to wedge? And more importantly, what to wear with them?
Wedge Booties

A staple in Rumi Neely's closet, take a style tip from her & wear these with practically anything flowy - flowy long sleeve dresses from Topshop or maxi skirts from Urban Outfitters.
Lace-up Peeptoe Booties
From left to right: Nine West Buren booties, Sam Edelman Belmont booties, Trouve Jenna booties
Since these are regular heels, they pretty much go with anything. Best advice: pick a lengthening silhouette like a tapered pant from Topshop to make you taller & to show off the incredible details on the shoes!!

El nuevo single de Alesha Dixon, "Drummer Boy" es un tema que combina "ritmos brasileños" con un Dance-Pop muy pegadizo. El video salió el 7 de Agosto de este año en youtube. Ha tenido gran aceptación por parte del público y parece tener éxito asegurado.
SWEATER AFFAIR
Quite quite obsessed with this slouchy/oversized sweater + bottom look. I know that chunky knits are in this season, but it's super hot in the tropics as usual & we are having a major heatwave!! However, all these great knit options from Urban Outfitters and even Dries van Noten look like something more suitable for Singapore.
